🎥 Job Opportunity: Part-Time Junior Content Creator

Location: Galway (On-site)

Hours: 20 hours per week (with potential to grow to full-time after 6 months)

GK Media — an award-winning digital agency at the heart of Galway’s creative scene — is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Content Creator to join our growing team. This part-time position (20hrs/week) offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role after six months, depending on performance and business needs.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the media and marketing industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of creative and commercial projects — from content creation and editing to client liaison and marketing strategy.

🔧 What You’ll Do

·       Support the Senior Production Team in delivering high-quality audio-visual content

·       Assist in developing strategic marketing and social media campaigns for GK Media and our clients

·       Liaise with clients professionally, positively, and with great attention to detail

·       Edit audio and video content for digital channels and events

·       Attend shoots, events, and on-location productions with the team

·       Produce marketing reports and assist in administrative and planning tasks

·       Take direction well, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team environment

👤 What We’re Looking For

·       Minimum 1 year’s experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field

·       Strong interest in media production and digital marketing

·       Basic skills in video/audio editing, graphic design, and social media content creation

·       Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities

·       A positive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn

·       Ability to multi-task across a range of creative and technical projects

·       Fluent English (spoken and written)

·       Available to work on-site at our Galway office and attend off-site events when required
